HIFI INDIE FILM FESTIVAL AT FACLA DECEMBER 3-4, 2014

Los Angeles- The Historic Filipinotown Indie Festival Committee presents the showing of two Filipino Indie Films from the Philippines on December 3, 2014 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at the Filipino American Community of Los Angeles (FACLA)

The HIFI Indie Film Festival will also hold workshops on December 2 and 4, 2014 at FACLA.

The Indie films that are for public showing are:

1. Tribu By Jim Libiran, 1:48 hrs, Best Film of Cinemalaya, shown in London and New York.

2. Manggagamot, By Boy Villasanta . 32 mins, Entry to the San Francisco Film Festival and the South Korea film festivals

3. The initial offering of the HI INDIE FILM FESTIVAL and the world Premiere showing of the film PEDRO CALUNGSOD will on Sunday, December 07, 2014 at the Beyond the Stars Palace/Theater at 417 Brand Blvd. Glendale CA. 91203

Showing times are 2:00 PM; 4;00 PM and 6;;00 PM. FREE IPads will be raffled to lucky winners. Ticket price is $ 20.00.

HIF Indie Film Workshops

The HI Indie Film Festival will hold two forums and workshops on; December 2 from 9:00 AM to 12;00 PM and Dec. 4, 2014 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the the Filipino American Community of Los Angeles (FACLA) Social Hall, 1740 W. Temple St. Los Angeles, CA 90026

Fil-Am Indie film directors, artist and film aficionados are invited to the workshops.
