ANNOUNCEMENT
The members of the Board of Directors of FACLA hereby announce that there will be an Election of the Members of the COMELEC on the fourth Sunday of April 2015 (April 26, 2015).
Every candidate is required to file his/her Certificate of
Candidacy at least three(3) months before the Comelec Election.
Qualifications of a Candidate:
1. He/She must be at least twenty one (21) years of age, he must be a legal resident of the County of Los Angeles.
2. He/She must be a member in good standing for at least one (1) year before the Election of Commissioners.
3. He must have at least knowledge of the Election Laws and U.S. Constitution and must have at least some legal background.
