FACLA Director, Arturo P. Garcia, representing JFAV as national coordinator, together with Los Angeles City Mayor Eric Garcetti at the Veterans Business Summit at City Hall, May 19, 2014. The Summit was attended by hundreds of Veterans, corporate sponsors , City Agencies, non profits and the CalVEt/DVA.
